“I attended a few of the new "Country Heat" classes with Mike, and really enjoyed them. It's a high energy class that incorporates core / cardio with some great country tunes! I got so into it, that I was singing, dancing, and getting a great workout in all at the same time :) This is definitely one of those workouts to bring a friend to, you'll both enjoy dancing / working out together. He definitely keeps you moving for a full hour, so bring comfortable shoes, water, and get ready to get that heart rate up! —Miriah

“Before coming to Zumba I worked out five days a week at a local gym and I felt reasonably fit and strong but I was getting bored. I needed to do something different. I decided to shake it up and took my first Zumba class with Gina. This was totally different from any fitness program that I had experienced. Gina is not only an exceptional dancer, she is completely joyful while she is dancing and teaching her class.
